Earlier this month, Citizens State Bank's own Dennis Groezinger graduated from the Illinois Farm Bureau's "Agricultural Leaders of Tomorrow" (ALOT) program.
The ALOT Program provides attendees with the tools needed to succeed in agricultural business leadership. The course incorporates communication skills, political processes, agricultural economics and global issues, and is taught by experts in a variety of fields. Attendance to the ALOT Program is limited to 25 participants, and applicants are carefully screened and interviewed prior to acceptance.
Dennis has been a loan officer at Citizens State Bank for more than six years, and helps area farmers as the bank's Crop Insurance Specialist. He is a graduate of Lena Winslow High School, earned his AS from Highland Community College, and earned his BS from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Dennis also served his community as a volunteer member of the Lena Fire Department.
"During his career with Citizens State Bank, Dennis had been an incredible asset, both for the bank and his clients we serve," said Citizens State Bank President Fritz Kuhlmeier. "We are incredibly proud of him, and we know this only adds to his already impressive credentials in serving the needs of our agricultural customers."
