He is a licensed Investment Executive with Primevest Financial Services and is licensed to provide Illinois Life, Health and Disability Insurance.  He is a member of the Jo Daviess county Comprehensive Economic Development Strategies Committee and active in the preservation of wildlife habitat and hunting, and in the education of our young hunters.

Adam is a graduate of Aquin High School and earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  He is a licensed Investment Executive with Primevest Financial Services and is licensed to provide Illinois Life, Health and Disability Insurance.  He is a member of the Freeport Young Professionals Network and active in the Freeport Chamber of Commerce.  He has worked with fundraising for Breast Cancer Awareness and has coached basketball and football at Pearl City High School.

Joel oversees the entire loan department as well as uses his 25 years of lending experience to write Consumer, Agricultural and Personal loans.  Joel is a graduate of Pearl City High School and earned a BS in Agri-Business from Illinois State University.  He is also a graduate of the Illinois Bankers School and the H.C.C. Leadership Institute.  He is a member of the Stephenson County Farm Bureau, the Stephenson County Beef Association and is very active in the Pearl City Masonic Lodge and Pearl City Lions Club.

Dave has over 32 years experience in agricultural, business and personal lending.  He is a Pearl City High School graduate and earned a BS in Agricultural Economics from Southern Illinois University.  Dave is an active member of the Pearl City Lions and serves on the Stephenson County Fair Board.

Mike has been performing consumer, real estate and commercial lending for over 18 years.  He graduated from Stockton High School and went on to earn a BS in Finance from Loras College.  Mike serves on the Board of Directors for the Stockton Chamber of Commerce and as a Trustee for Berreman Township.  He is also an active member of the Stockton Revitalization Group and Stockton Educational Foundation.

Dennis has over 12 years of banking experience as both a lender and in the marketing department. He attended Stockton High School,  earned a BA from Eureka College, is a graduate of the Midwest School for Community Bankers and is a member of the Career Development Division of the Community Bankers Association of Illinois.  Dennis is the Director/Treasurer for Lena Retreat Senior Housing and is the head coach for Lena-Winslow Varsity Boys Basketball.

Dennis has been a loan officer for over 3 years and helps area farmers as the bank’s Crop Insurance Specialist.  He is a graduate of Lena Winslow High School and earned his AS from Highland Community College and his BS from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.  He serves his community as a volunteer for the Lena Fire Department.

Leeann has been in the banking industry for over 32 years as a teller, assistant cashier, proof operator, receptionist, head booker, internal auditor and consumer loan processor.  She is a graduate of Le-Win High School and earned her Associate Degree in Accounting from Highland College.  She has served as Treasurer for the Le-Win music boosters, Le-Win Athletic Boosters and Lena Women Bowling Association, is a volunteer at the Lena Community Park district and is a Sunday School teacher.

Fritz has been Citizens State Bank’s President & CEO since 2000.  His 28 years of experience in the banking industry also include being an Agricultural Loan Officer, Senior Loan Officer and Executive Vice-President.  He is a graduate of Dakota High School, earned his AS in Agriculture from Highland Community College and his BS in Agricultural Education from Illinois State University.  In addition, he has graduated from the Midwest School of Banking and Illinois Agricultural Leadership Institute.  Fritz currently is a member of the Highland Community College Foundation and has served as President of the Dakota School Board, a Trustee of St. Paul Church, and as a member of the Stephenson County Extension Board.
